Beginning in twenty-first Century,China's Ministry of Education promulgated the "full time compulsory education art curriculum standards(experimental draft)".In this curriculum,it emphasizes the integration of daily life into the study of fine arts and the teaching of art.According to the regulations,for the development and application of art curriculum resources has become a new focus of the art curriculum,to adapt to the new curriculum standard,must carry on the exploration and development of local resources,select the appropriate resources applied to the art class,improve the comprehensive quality of art students.Types of local resources of various forms,and different area resources have different characteristics,so to find a really suitable for local students of local resources,introduced to the fine arts curriculum,enrich the content of the art teaching,improve students' aesthetic consciousness,cultivate students' imagination and creativity,art teacher in middle school must be on the local resources and the characteristics of the students to carry out a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding.Based on the contents of the new curriculum standard,this paper explains the concept,classification and characteristics of local native resources.Also on how to select the local resources,how to apply the local resources to enrich the theoretical basis of the secondary school art curriculum content.Finally,stickers for the case with wicker folk craft and plants,a detailed description of the art practice,should be how to design a local resource organization,the practice should be divided into preparation before class,course introduction,practice,practice,and displaying a plurality of link sharing,what is their mission and teacher the students in each link respectively,what is the way of setting the teaching goal of the course.And how to make use of the existing resources to overcome some difficulties which may be encountered in the practical activities of local resources.For some middle school art teachers in the development of local resources and the application of art in the classroom has a certain theoretical guidance and practical reference.
