| China has entered the aging population society,social formation performance of the "old before getting rich",a large elderly population,growing faster in the sex structure,with the accelerated rate of population aging,the elderly population showing feminine structural trend.By estimates confirmed in population structure,as of 2050,China’s 65 years of age or older population in the total population accounted for 24.64%,the elderly dependency ratio is 2.42,the population on gender,as of 2050,60 years old Women and older accounted for 54%of the total population aged 80 years or older and women 59%of the total elderly population in the coming decades,China’s elderly population is serious gender imbalance,aging feminization obvious.Pension system as one of the five social security insurance,are responsible to protect the basic needs of the elderly,help the elderly with dignity important responsibility facing demographic changes structure of the pressure,only to maintain and promote the fairness of the pension system construction,promote the sustainable development of the pension system,in order to solve the pension problem within the coming period,to meet old group with economic progress and increasing demand for retirement,in order to create stability for the realization of"two hundred years" goal and peaceful society environment in order to implement the important content of "thirteen five Year plan",the early realization of "building a moderately prosperous society," the grand goal.In this paper,after the relevant research results at home and abroad are reviewed to justice theory,the theory of sustainable development,income redistribution theory,Pareto theoretical structure and function based on the theory,the integrated use of normative analysis,empirical analysis and comparative analysis of the status of implementation of each urban and rural old-age insurance system for enterprise employees pension system and government employees pension insurance system were studied and analyzed gender differences,according to the analysis,both in which under the pension insurance system,women emerged as a pension contribution strength weaker than men,a short time and collect payment for a long time characteristics,directly restricts the equity and sustainability of the pension system construction.To confirm that the trend of aging population structure feminine paper to take"sub-elements of prediction," the population structure prediction method,based on the 2010 China’s sixth census data by age and sex forecast 2011-Year 2050 population data and the following conclusions:first,the Chinese women aged 60 and over accounted for the elderly population has remained above 50%,the number of women in the older age groups is significantly higher than male;second,China and women over the age of 80 accounted for ratio was significantly higher than women aged 60 and over accounted for the aged,in which the proportion of women over the age of 60 and maintained at 51%-54%,the proportion of women over 80 years and remains at 57%,6 percentage points higher than the average about;third,in 40 years,the proportion of Chinese aged women have a clear upward trend,from 2010 to 2050,the proportion of women over 80 years old and about to rise from 58%to 59%of women aged 60 and over accounted for ratio from about 51%to 54%increase.Thus,the next few decades,China’s elderly population is a serious imbalance in the sex ratio,the feminization of the older population was evident.For in-depth study,this article from the perspective of equitable and sustainable two aging feminization trends affecting our pension system to expand exploration.Research confirms that a fair perspective,women pay financial compensation to the family not weaken the ability of women pension contributions,resulting in a starting point of unfairness;women pay less than men’s pensions,but consume more resources endowment,which led to the process unfair and inequitable result,the back of the pension system fair concept.Under sustainable perspective,the aging trend has increased the feminization of pension payment pressure,resulting in pension payments imbalances;the lack of effective incentive mechanism,the impact of the pension paid by enthusiasm,thereby affecting the sustainable development of the pension insurance system.To solve these problems,this paper,"Thirteen Five" plan the deployment of the relevant social security system construction for guiding the direction,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to fairness and under aging feminization of sustainable pension system the actual value of the building has some theoretical reference and reference.Fair perspective,personal accounts
