The number of students going abroad is increasing every year,so that the major commercial banks are increasingly concerned about attention to offshore financial services.Financial services abroad,study abroad is handled as a target customer groups,study abroad to handle customer groups at home and abroad to provide integrated,professional "one-stop" financial services.In the financial markets,increasingly fierce competition,foreign financial institutions continue to enter the Chinese financial market,how to improve the banking's financial services to access more customers,a major commercial banks to enhance their core competitiveness power problems.In this paper,Bank of China JFL Branch as the research object to study abroad financial services,and the customers' satisfaction of financial services of Study Abroad as a starting point.Bank of China compare the satisfaction of financial services of Study Abroad with ICBC1 Bank of China,Agricultural Bank of China and China Construction Bank,and study abroad through JFL Branch investigation of financial services marketing,data collection and collation services marketing process based on entropy evaluation of customer financial services satisfaction,including satisfaction of the price charged to study abroad,JFL Branch of hardware facilities,JFL Branch of study abroad financial services process,JFL Branch business service abroad,JFL Branch of study abroad financial services overall rating of five areas Empirical analysis,combined with survey data and results revealed JFL Road Branch in the process of studying abroad exist in the financial services issue,Bank of China to study abroad to improve financial services proposals to meet customer demand,the services of banking services to further improve the grassroots level.The research shows that customers JFL Branch of study abroad financial services marketing as a whole is basically satisfied,but JFL Road branch of financial services in product promotion channels,staff attitude and service efficiency,financial services innovation,there are other aspects of corporate responsibility certain deficiencies.In financial services marketing,the major banks should increase promotion and marketing efforts,improve banking service quality advantages,the pooling of resources,form an integrated force,and strive to create value for customers and achieve customer satisfaction,win-win goal profitability of banks.
