With the acceleration of globalization, global enterprises are facing more intense competition, at the same time, the global enterprise employees are also facing greater pressure. At present, China's private enterprises are faced with the threat of unemployment, the performance of the competition, the complexity of interpersonal relationships between colleagues and so many aspects of pressure. Among them, the threat of unemployment is particularly evident in the large and other private enterprises,and the complexity of the interpersonal relationship and the pressure of performance competition in the small and medium enterprises are more prominent. The enormous pressure not only brings about the reduction of work efficiency, but also brings the diseases of the body and mind as well as the family problems and social problems, which has brought a great obstacle to the socialist construction of our country. It is reported that the number of employees working pressure on private enterprises accounted for about 40% of the number of people, feeling no pressure accounted for only about 2%, forming a huge and obvious contrast. Among the 40% employees, about 100% of the poor quality of sleep, a serious impact on the efficiency of the work of second days, and even mental illness. China Youth sleep survey report appears to be a good sleep for young people to become a luxury, this phenomenon is more prominent in private enterprises. Sleep is a huge pressure on employees in private enterprises. In addition to sleep there are emotional problems, symptoms of irritability. What's more, it has seriously affected the interpersonal relationship among colleagues. At the same time, interpersonal relationship has become a huge source of pressure on employees in private enterprises.In view of the private enterprise staff the huge pressure of this situation, the author from the perspective of social workers, uphold the people-oriented concept, is studiedby the professional skills of social work for employees of private enterprises in our country pressure status, and the use of social work practices of A accounting firm employees involved, to relieve their pressure. This paper explores the role of case work in alleviating the pressure of employees in private enterprises, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.
