| In 2014 the state council issued to speed up the development of sports industry,promote the sports consumption,formally promulgated,clearly put forward:“actively support the development of the sports goods manufacturing industry innovation,to adopt new technology,new materials,new technology,improve the quality of traditional sports products,improve product technology content.”Implementation of sports science and technology,intelligent,personalized gradually become our country sporting goods enterprise technology upgrades to break through the direction and goals.Technological innovation leading the industry development is the future of our country sports goods enterprises healthy and rapid development inevitable trend.Therefore,to establish a set of objective,normative and operable evaluation index system for improving our country sports goods enterprises technology innovation ability,to seek the suitable technological innovation development path has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on this,this thesis according to the actual situation of the development of sports goods enterprises in China and the law,from the perspective of enterprise technology innovation output,the integrated use of literature,patent information analysis,comparative analysis,interview method,mathematical statistics,research methods such as factor analysis and expert scoring method,to measure sports goods enterprises technology innovation ability level of our country objectively and scientifically,drawing the following conclusions:Firstly,in this paper,from the perspective of enterprise technology innovation output,designed by the number of patents,patent quality and patent value and its subordinate 17 secondary indexes constitute three dimensions of our sports goods enterprises technological innovation ability evaluation system,using the factor analysis method to establish the my country sporting goods enterprise technological innovation ability evaluation model(the variance contribution rate of each variable as the weight of each factor);Then 88 of our country sporting goods enterprise technology innovation ability has carried on the empirical research,through the empirical study tested the evaluation index system is completely feasible,evaluation result is more real.Secondly,through the empirical analysis in this paper,the 88 sample companies,the scale of our country sporting goods enterprise technology innovation,technology innovation,technology innovation value quality and level of technological innovation management is generally low,the bigger gap between enterprises.The causes of this phenomenon is mainly the patent R&D ratio less poor,technology innovation,technology innovation service is not perfect,lack of innovative talents of science and technology.In addition,other large international sports goods enterprises monopoly on sporting goods market,strictly controls the key patents in the international sporting goods market,make our country sporting goods enterprise technology research and development.Thirdly,lack of scientific and technological innovation activities and lack of scientific and technological innovation,serious shortages of financial investment,R&D,lack of strategic management of technological innovation,technological innovation risk ability is bad;Intellectual property system is imperfect,lack of promoting the government organization guarantee of technology innovation,technology innovation service system needs to improve,the institutional environment of technology innovation is not perfect,the lack of fair and loose development environment factors are restricting our country sporting goods enterprise technology innovation ability promote quickly to the main obstacle.Fourthly,our country sports goods enterprises technology innovation and development should be out of a “independence as the foundation,mechanism as guarantee,with cooperation as the link,powered by innovation” of self-independence,institutionalized,hub,the innovation path.To this end,the Chinese government to speed up the transform function and perfecting of our country sporting goods enterprise technology innovation mechanism,supervision mechanism and patent examination system.The sports goods enterprises of our country,itself to institutions of science and technology innovation in strengthening organization construction and talent management,on the basis of giving full play to the advantages of its own,more patent R&D,revitalize the of all kinds of social resources,promote the development of technology innovation.Through unremitting technological innovation,increase the content of science and technology of sports goods,create competitive sports products on the international brand,constantly meet our country competitive sports and the development of the national fitness sports training equipment,sports equipment,sports science and technology,intelligent and personalized demand. |
