Sports industry occupies an important position in China's economic development.With the rapid development of professional sports in China,the lack of credibility behavior began and caused a lot of problems,hinder the healthy development of professional sports.One of the important reasons for these problems is the lack of professional sports credit system to supervise and guide professional sports development.In the national policy requirements,the State Sports General Administration vigorously promote the construction of professional sports credit,A small number of scholars have also conducted a useful discussion on credit issues in professional sports.But on the whole,the research of credit problem is still at the initial stage,and it lacks in-depth theoretical research.Therefore,it is necessary to explore how to effectively build a professional sports credit systemThis study adopts combined methods of literature review,expert interviews,field research and case studies.Based on China's national conditions and the direction of sports market reform.Analysis on the connotation of professional sports credit system based on the literature,books and network data related to credit system.Through interviews with experts,field research and case collected.This paper analyzes the current construction of professional sports credit management system,the construction of policies and regulations and dishonesty behavior of credit mains.To find out the problems of the construction of professional sports credit system in our country.Clear the necessity of Constructing Professional Sports Credit System.Put forward the corresponding improvement strategy and the future development path of professional sports credit system in China.The main conclusions of this study are as followed:First,China has not set up an independent management department in the professional sports credit,and the management system also has significant fragmentation and regionalization.But there are a number of departments to start the basic work of credit information collection,formed a State Sports General Administration of Sports and Sports Division,all levels of sports personnel departments and sports associations composed of sports management information collection system.Second,although China does not introduce laws and regulations for professional sports credit,but many policy documents from the national law,departmental rules,league system related to the professional sports credit system legal system.Thirdly,according to the standard of credit subject division,the main forms of professional sports dishonesty behavior in our country are:1)Government: official corruption,lack of supervision and offside;2)Professional Sports Clubs: false games,gambling,bribery,arrears ofwages,false contracts,information fraud,commercial disputes,mismanagement;3)Sports Brokers: fraud,commercial disputes,bribery,threats;4)Athletes: information fraud,false games,malicious attacks,taking doping,commercial disputes;5)Coaches: false games,malicious attacks;6)Referee: manipulate the game,malicious attacks.Fourth,the problem of the construction of professional sports credit system in China are: 1)The lack of overall planning;2)Policy and regulations are not perfect;3)Credit service market construction is missing;4)Consciousness of Trustworthiness is generally low.Fifth,the need for the construction of China's professional sports credit system are: 1)the need of The Development and Internationalization of Professional Sports in China;2)The need for reform of sports administration;3)The Need of Legalization Construction of Professional Sports;4)The need of development of professional sports credit service market;5)The need of improving the Consciousness of Trustworthiness of Professional Sports Credit.Sixth,our suggestions to solve the problems are: 1)Establishment of professional sports credit management system;2)Perfecting the Construction of Occupational Sports Policies and Regulations;3)Cultivate professional sports credit service market;4)Enhancing the Consciousness of Trustworthiness of Professional Sports Credit.Seventh,based on China's "national conditions,physical feeling" and the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the two models,this paper puts forward the development path of the mixed sports system of government and market.
