Research On The Talents Thought Of Xi Jinping

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(18th Party Congress of China),A new leading collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee at the core of Xi Jinping leads the Chinese people of all ethnic groups to tackle the challenges on the way forward.We must base on the basic national conditions that our country is in and will remain so for a long time at the primary stage of socialism,keep economic development as the central task,adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles,persevere in reforming and opening up.We must constantly improve the level of governance and promote socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new journey of reform and opening up and modernization,the international community will pay more and more attention to China.AS the leader of our community and state,Xi Jinping puts forward a lot of new thoughts,new ideas and new judgment in many speeches that focus on running the country and makes a deep interpretation of theoretical and practical problems that the current development of the party and the state are facing under the new historical condition,at the same time,he shows the concept of governing the country and the ruling strategy of the new leading collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee at the core of Xi Jinping.Ancient and modern,it is one of the great advantages of the Chinese nation to know and use the virtuous and pass down a great number of methods.For example,to know a person from five aspects of Li Xing etc.After the founding of the Communist Party of China,our party guides thetalented person work of our country with advanced Marx's view of talent.So far,we have come into being Mao Zedong's talent thought,Deng Xiaoping's talent thought,Jiang Zemin's thought and Hu Jintao's talents thought,which left rich talent thought theory to our country,guided our country to win the victory from new-democratic revolution to socialist revolution and then opened a new era of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the 18 th national congress,general secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly mentioned the problem of talent in his speeches,and it can be seen that the degree of attention to the problem of talents.This paper take the Literature research method,analytic synthetic method and measurement statistics to sum up Xi Jinping 's thought of talents,including four aspects.The first part is why we should study Xi Jinping's thought of talents and what the theoretical significance and practical significance of Xi Jinping's thought of talents is.The second part is the background,formation and development and theoretical origin of Xi Jinping's thought of talent.Its formation and development are discussed mainly from the positive period,Zhejiang to the CPC before the 18 th National Congress and since the eighteen the three aspects.The third part is the main content of Xi Jinping's thought of talent.This is mainly discussed from the four aspects of the thought of talent of party and government,the thought of rule by virtue,the thought of rule by law,the scientific and technological innovation.The fourth part is the characteristic and value of Xi Jinping's thought.The characteristic is mainly from the people,creativity,the times to discuss;and the value mainly includes two aspects: to further enrich and develop the Marxist talent and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation the key to the Chinese Dream.This paper lay the prerequisite for studying Xi Jinping's thought of talent,although the research is not deep,but still has practical reference value.
