With the trend of global aging,China's population structure tends to be aging,and with the industrialization and urbanization of the development of China's aging population is expected to retire the proportion of elderly people will become increasingly large.Retirement elderly people living in the community is generally common in the community-based community.This choice is not only the planning of the economic system of units left traces,but also this group of people habitual habits.While the current state of heavy industrial enterprises to adjust the policy,state-owned heavy industry enterprises in the young employees due to corporate restructuring,shutting down and diverted to other non-local sub-factories.So that the age structure of the residents in the unit-type community composed of the employees and their families is seriously imbalanced.The proportion of the total population of the aged population exceeds the international standard of measuring an area,and in the elderly population living in the unit community,Almost all from the same unit of retirees,this part of the people with age,their care for the care of their own very worried.Based on the concept of demand diversification and the concept of care needs,the author takes the care needs index of the retired elderly in the community into three aspects: life care needs,health care care needs and mental care needs.To conduct a questionnaire survey and case study of the research methods to collect and analyze the unit community retired elderly care needs,and the need for strong spiritual needs of groups and case social work involved in the study.In order to solve the needs of the common spirit of retired elderly people as much as possible and the individual needs in the common situation,the author first grouped the work of the retired elderly people with common mental care needs in the community,and then adopted the case social work method for the retired elderly common Individuals in the need to take care to worry about intervention.In the process of social work involved,the author mainly to build a retired elderly correct retirement life awareness for the retired elderly and their family members to connect formal or informal resources as the intervention point,the use of community retired elderly their own advantages and community existing resources,Help retired elderly to rebuild the social support network,to explore and nurture the leaders of the residents for the purpose of intervention to address the retirement of the elderly and their family problems,improve the quality of life of retired elderly.Through the social work involved in the study,on the one hand to help the unit community retired elderly people to establish the correct old-age awareness,the reconstruction of the social support network,changed the old age of retirement elderly attitude,but also advocated the fine tradition of neighborhoods,and the other On the one hand to promote the development of social work practice,I found that you want to collect a more comprehensive information on retired elderly individuals,and make accurate assessment of the problem needs,social work theory in the use of social and ecological system map,can do more with less.
