Along with the importance of community education has become increasingly prominent.The Ministry of Education issued a document in June 2016,clearly pointed out that the necessary to enhance the connotation of community education and improve the professional level of community education workers.The root of enterprise development need the connotation of human development,and the Full-time community education teacher is the key.This paper studies on full-time community education teachers' workplace learning,using qualitative research methods,through in-depth interviews,participant observation and other ways into the work field to study the process,characteristics and influencing factors of their workplace learning,and make suggestions for their promoting workplace learning from these perspectives of subject growth,community of practice and environment construction to explore their learning and growth in practice.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly sets out the academic background,the origin,purpose and significance.The second chapter is review of research,including the relevant research and defining the core concepts of this paper "full-time community education teachers" and "workplace learning".The third chapter is the study design,mainly introduces research contents,analysis framework,research methods and process.The fourth chapter describes three case of full-time community education teachers' workplace learning.The fifth chapter is the case analysis,mainly on the full-time community education teachers' workplace learning concrete analysis.Finally,the paper makes a summary,review and reflection of the whole study.
