The Research Of The Primary Outdoor Instructor's Theoretical Foundation And Practical Ability In China

With the rapid development of economic society and the growth in the living standard of human,the pattern of people's consumption concept is changing to spirit consumption from material object consumption.In the meantime,with the increasing of the leisure time,outdoor sport recreation activities has been the trend of public consumption.China General Administration of Sport formally issued the report which is named “The Development planning of Mountain Outdoor Sport Industry” on November 8 2016 with NDRC(National Development and Reform Commission),Ministry of Industry and Informationization,Ministry of Finance,Ministry of Land and Resources,Ministry of Housing and urban-rural Construction,Ministry of Transport and China National Tourism Administration.This planning put forward that it is very important to promote the development of China's outdoor sports industry.own abundant outdoor theory knowledge and proficient outdoor skills.It is useful for outdoor instructor to hold outdoor activities with scientific management in order to improve participants' experience and satisfaction and help them realize the value of lives.Based on the practice,the literature material method,field survey method,questionnaire survey,professor interviews are used in this report regardingthe current development situation and issues of primaryoutdoor instructor in China.According to the deeply discussion,the results are shown in the following:Firstly,although it is a late starting,China outdoor sport industry is in a rapid developing stage.However,at the same time,a large amount of outdoor mountaineering accidents often appear.The training of China's primary outdoor instructor has overall establishmentand obtained a certain scale,but compared with outdoor population in China,primary outdoor instructor position exists obvious deficiencies.Secondly,China's primary outdoor instructor has great potential in mass base,age structure and professional skills and it can be predicted that China's outdoor sports have development potential and good prospects in the future.Based on the survey,it shows that main primary outdoor instructorsin China are persons who engaged outdoor sports and sports.In addition,male primary outdoor instructors are more than female primary outdoor instructors obviouslyin China.Moreover,Age is mainly concentrated in 26-35 years old,it also represents that China's primary outdoor instructors have abundant powerto guide and help participants.Finally,for work experience,they are mainly concentrated in two to three years,itstates that primary outdoor instructor as an occupation in China starts late but has very great developing space.Finally,the practice abilities of China'sgeneralprimary outdoor instructor are better than their theoretical basis abilities.In the aspect of theoretical basis,they are lack of education,management and organizational behavior knowledge supporting.In the process of outdoor teaching,guidance and propaganda,practice experience usually is used with few education theories.In terms of practice ability,primary outdoor instructors generally own strong technical skills but few knowledge towards mountaineering and fitness guidance and first aid knowledge.
