Research purposes: currently,wu style taijiquan in the process of promoting the wu style tai chi chuan yang-style training methods of quan problem exists,namely the movement is the action of wu style tai chi chuan,but exercise body is yang-style frame quan.Did not reflect the characteristics of wu style tai chi chuan,also cannot achieve the result of wu style tai chi practice.The purpose of this study is to better distinguish between type and features of different styles of yang-style taiji quan wu,the practitioner to achieve the effect of scientific fitness.Methods: select type and yang-style taiji quan wu national champions and Beijing a total of 6 people.Using advanced FAB proprioception testing system to test six tai chi practitioners.Test their crust movement,and focuses on analyzing lunges action of crust movement.Research results: 1.The type and yang-style taiji quan wu practitioners in shangbu action in the process of total time there is no significant difference,but in single foot support time significant differences.Wu style tai chi chuan single foot support time longer than yang-style taiji quan single foot support time.Step 2.Bow front knee plantar pressure of weight percentage does not exist significant difference,but lunges back foot pressure of weight percentage exist significant difference.Resulting in yang-style taiji quan climaxed plantar pressure gap is smaller,and wu style tai chi chuan climaxed plantar pressure gap is big.3.The front and lunges lunges hind leg knee bending Angle is there is no significant difference,and yang-style taiji quan wu knee bending Angle in the process of crust movement characteristics are the same.4.Hip before and after hip bend Angle have significant difference,is not the same as the bending Angle of the hip is mainly due to the two kinds of taijiquan posture of requirement is different.5.The trunk Angle there is no significant difference(P st13 0.05),pelvic tilt Angle is extremely significant difference(P < 0.01).6.Forces on the trunk,hip stress before and after hip stress,knee stress before and after the knee force doesn’t exist significant difference(P st13 0.05).7.Wu style tai chi practitioners doing crust movement and yang-style taiji quan crust movement,the torso torsional stress exists significant difference of torsional stress hip torsional stress before and after hip,knee torsional stress before and after knee torsional stress there is no significant difference(P st13 0.05)Research conclusions: 1.The type and yang-style taiji quan wu stability is conducive to increase the leg strength and balance,wu style tai chi chuan crust movement is more advantageous to increase the leg strength,while yang-style tai chi chuan yi quan action is more conducive to the stability of the gait.2.Type and yang-style taiji quan wu torso stress changed little in the process of crust movement,guarantee the stability of the center of gravity,the hip and knee stress changes greatly shows that action of crust of lower limb exercise effect is larger.3.The foundation of yang-style taiji quan is combine and wu style tai chi chuan oblique there is a common characteristic,require the trunk and pelvis in almost the same line.4.Taijiquan in the crust movement relies mainly on the hip twist to turn to in the process of crust,knee little twist.
