At present,the learning quality plays an increasingly important role in the field of early learning and development,which plays a central role in the improvement of the quality of preschool education and the reform of preschool education.In order to standardize the implementation of pre-school education,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Guidelines for the Study and Development of Young Children 3-6(hereinafter referred to as the Guidance)."Guide" in the pre-school children to learn the quality of interpretation at the same time,emphasizing the learning quality of the important role of children's development.Most of the existing research on the quality of learning is related to student temperament type,admission preparation and academic achievement,in which the relationship between family factors and learning quality is studied most.Including the family of cultural capital,membership,parenting methods of these three factors also to a certain extent,affect the quality of children's learning.In addition to the above factors,the development of children's learning quality is also closely related to the quality of interaction between teachers and children.However,at the present stage,there are not many scholars who have learned about the quality of interaction between teachers and children.The research on the importance of interaction between teachers and practitioners is not high.After the investigation and analysis of the relationship between the quality of the interaction between the children aged 5-6 and the young and young children,it is realized that the quality of the interaction between the teachers and young people has a significant impact on the quality of children's learning.Teachers must attach importance to the interaction between teachers and children and improve the quality of interaction between children and children.Good learning quality in the process of providing impetus.In this study,we use questionnaire method and SPSS21.0 software to carry out statistical analysis,reflecting the current 5-6 year old children learning quality and the basic situation of the interaction between young and young children,to find the relationship between children's learning quality and the quality of interaction between young and young students,combined with the interview Analysis of specific reasons.The conclusion of the quantitative study is:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between the quality of childhood learning and the quality of interaction between teachers and children.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the creation andinvention dimension in the quality of children's learning quality and the emotional support dimension in the interaction quality between teachers and children.There are significant positive correlations between the four dimensions of attention and initiative,creativity,creation and invention,curiosity and interest in the quality of children 's learning quality.There are significant positive correlations between the creation and invention,the curiosity and the interest dimension of the children 's learning quality and the teaching support dimension in the quality of interaction between teachers and children.(3)The quality of interaction between teachers and children has a positive effect on the quality of children 's learning.The combination of high quality teachers and young children contributes to the development of children's learning quality.(4)After controlling the demographic variables,the quality of teaching support for preschool teachers in the region has a positive effect on the learning quality of young children.Based on the survey results of the questionnaire and the analysis of the specific reasons,it is found that the quality of the interaction between teachers and children is closely related to the quality of learning.According to the present situation to discuss and analyze,in order to further improve the quality of children's learning the following suggestions: First of all,teachers should be scientific understanding of children's learning concept,the construction of equal teacher-child dialogue mode,respect for the child's dominant position,establish lifelong learning concept;Second,the kindergarten managers,should pay attention to the teacher's on-the-job training to enhance the school's educational philosophy and management capabilities,create a positive atmosphere,scientific construction of children's learning quality evaluation tools.
