Objective:Through the collection and refinement of the competency factors of health vocational colleges teachers in the new situation and the investigation and analysis of the competency of health vocational colleges,to construct a model of teacher's competency that can be applied to higher vocational colleges,which provides the basis for teachers evaluation and development.Methods:In this study,80 general indexes were collected and extracted by document retrieval,which were combined with the selection of teaching masters of the Ministry of Education(higher vocational colleges)and the selection of teaching masters in Jiangsu Province(higher vocational colleges);Through the behavioral interview,elements with the same name but different meanings were amended,categorized and merged,combined with the supplement of some elements during the interview,a total of 51 competency indicators elements were obtained;according to the need of the study,the elements of the indicators were screened by the Delphi,and ultimately formed 37 indicators elements.Combined with the Likert Five-Point Scale,the preliminary design of the"Health Vocational Teacher's Competency Survey"questionnaire was completed.After pre-survey,the investigation can be normal.A total of 45 questionnaires were distributed to the teachers in YC Health Vocational and Technical College and SZ Health Vocational and Technical College,students from school of Nursing,Pharmacy,Clinical Medicine,Medical Imaging,Medicine and Technology in YC Health Vocational and Technical College received 350 questionnaires.The results of 338 valid questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software,and the reliability and reliability of the results were tested.Result:1.In this study,Cr=0.8995,which indicates a high degree of authority.According to Kj?2,Mj?8,Vj?0.25,37 competent indices are kept.Experts coordination coefficient w=0.44,p<0.05,peer-reviewed coordination is good,the result is desirable,expert consultation can be stopped and competent indices can be established.2.The results of the questionnaire show that the KMO index in this study is 0.956,close to 1;Bartlett spherical test p<0.001,the two indicators are suitable for factor analysis,and common factor variance shows that the factor analysis results are valid.3.The gravel map shows that the large factor is steep and the remaining factors are gentle.The first five factors are more suitable and the total variance is consistent.4.After the matrix is rotated,the factors and their variables are reclassified and weighted,and the teacher's competency model of health vocational college is obtained.5.The final score and evaluation of teachers in three levels---primary,middle and senior are in accordance with the facts.Conclusion:1.The five competency characteristics of the model are:teaching ability index,personal quality index,service ability index,scientific research ability index and cognitive ability index.2.Through the construction process and application test,we can conclude that the model has good reliability,rationality and operability.3.This model conforms to the theory and requirement of modern human resource management,and it can be applied to the teachers in health vocational colleges.
