Currently,collectivization kindergarten as a new form of preschool education is more and more recognized by society.It plays an active role in optimizing the pre-school education resources,solving the difficulty of entering the park and expanding the gross enrollment rate of preschool years.The rapid development of the preschool education group is to meet the demand of the new era of high-quality talent,is also the needs of the development of The Times,the preschool education group in the aspect of the development of practical ability is more and more rapidly,but in practice,the study of the theory of the preschool education group is the lack of new period,strengthen the preschool education group,the relevant theoretical research.The professional development of preschool teachers is an important part of the development of the young teaching group,and the professional development of the teachers of the group also deserves our special attention.Preschool teachers' professional development trend,it is the demand of contemporary economic and social development,and children and to improve the social status of teachers in preschool education professional strengthen the inevitable requirement of social recognition.The quality of the young teachers' team is related to the success or failure of the education in kindergarten.Narrative research as a kind of important means of education research,through the educators about their own life experience to promote the understanding of the education and its true meaning,the nature of this research is to find a suitable display and reveal the life education experience.It is focused on particular occasions and certain time period,what kind of things happened,"hero" is how to think,to cope with and understand these things.This paper takes a certain political two teachers in the kindergarten as the research object,by utilizing the method of narrative research,a line into the kindergarten teaching,with the object of study in-depth and detailed interviews,repeated data accumulated a large number of interviews and observations.The purpose of this study is to analyze the experience of teachers' professional development in the group kindergarten system,and to restore a real professional growth path for teachers.The research process is divided into three stages: first,the collection of documents.Mainly is the comprehensive understanding of the study of preschool education group,teachers' professional growth and the three aspects of narrative research in the past research results,combing the research direction and emphasis of this study;Second,interview.Based on the previous literature,the author identifies the interview outline,selects the suitable young teaching group and the best candidate for the narrative research.Get into the first scene of education,the first live interview with the target teacher.Third,the collation and analysis of the interview materials.Based on the classification of the raw data,for further sorting,picking out the teachers' professional growth of clear context,given the focus of study,the corresponding material unified conclusion,further analysis,deep research to produce results.Finally,in the face of the complicated interview data,there is a sense of feeling and helplessness in the moment,after a difficult trial,several adjustments,the direction of the analysis is determined.This paper analyzes the development and key events of the subjects in the three aspects of pre-employment,mid-career and the period of maturity.The research reflects the "recognition" of teachers' professional growth under the young teaching group;To promote the "financial strength and institutional guarantee" of teachers' professional growth;"Humanistic care" is an eternal proposition.
