New curriculum reform makes subject knowledge turn into paying attention to every student ’ s development,which provides a good opportunity for our primary and middle schools.Sukhomlinsky said: perfect mental labor is thinking and understanding,rather than rote memorization.Therefore,as education workers,especially high school history education workers,we can’t only focus on teachers’ teaching and offer students simple knowledge infusion any longer.Instead,we should lead them to think actively,get into the habit of conducting mental work,strengthen students’ ability of understanding,analysis,induction and so on,which contributes to improving students’ productive mental work.A Mind Map that is not only a developing brain potential graphics technology but also an expression of the human brain radioactive thinking way,which focuses on the students’ thinking development.The drawing of a mind map needs to use keywords in combination with personal opinions,in which case we can reorganize the language effectively and transform knowledge for personal resources flexibly.We can recall and apply the knowledge by this approach,which is more flexible and creative.Mind map has its unique advantages in improving students’ examination ability and their ability of multi-angle refining test question information,which also helps student to utilize the abstract thinking to summarize accurate historical materials,correct analysis and evaluation,historical events,historical figures.In this way,we can take history as a mirror,fostering its historic accomplishment.It’s the need of students’ development and curriculum reform to bring mind map into classes of senior three,which shows the characteristics of historical subject that is systematic and comprehensive.Therefore,it has high theoretical and practical value to study the application of mind map that can improve the efficiency of students’ review.The paper is based on the writer’s teaching experience and the theory of literature.This study can be divided into five parts: the introduction briefly introduces the background,research status,research methods and expounds the connotation and characteristics of mind map.The first chapter analyzes the present situation of its application and theory.The second chapter intends to explore the practice of history teaching of senior three.The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the application effect of history teaching,and also comes up with the corresponding countermeasures.The last part concludes that mind map,as a new teaching strategy and method of study,can dig out more potential in the later process of teaching and learning.
