Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Labor Law Education In Secondary Vocational Schools

Carrying out labor law education in secondary vocational schools is one of the important parts of managing the country by law.Labor law qualities of secondary vocational school students,the main force in the future labor market,is particularly important.However,at present,labor law education of secondary vocational school students only limits to a short chapter in Career Ethics and Law.To strengthen labor law education,popularize labor law knowledge and improve labor law qualities in secondary vocational schools is one of the basic requirements for secondary vocational school students' all-round development.The author chose five secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou City to conduct an investigation,which involves labor law knowledge,labor law consciousness,labor law education and so on.On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the secondary vocational students,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures to strengthen the labor law education of secondary vocational school students,on the aspects of problem-based learning goal establishment,strengthen application of case teaching method,probe in practical teaching,improving the construction of teachers' labor law teaching competence,establishment of new evaluation criterion,etc.according to the secondary vocational school students' present situation of law consciousness,features,and needs for labor law education reflected in the investigation.This paper investigates the real effective approaches and methods of labor law education in secondary vocational schools.
