A Study On The Quality Of Graduation Thesis In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Guiding Teachers

With the higher education in our country into the stage of popularization,the importance of personnel training has become increasingly prominent.Undergraduate thesis writing is an important learning process for undergraduates before graduation,which is responsible for examining and cultivating students' comprehensive application of professional knowledge.Strengthening the quality construction of undergraduate thesis will help to improve the comprehensive quality of undergraduates and promote the cultivation of innovative talents.From the perspective of supervisor,this paper takes2016 students' graduation thesis as the object of study of Hunan Normal University,and comprehensively and deeply understands the evaluation of the quality of the thesis by the supervisor and summarizes the successful experience and puts forward further effective measures to improve undergraduate graduation thesis.Research methods mainly use questionnaire survey,interview and text analysis.Research ideas from two aspects:On the one hand,the questionnaire is carried out by investigating the instructor,and the quality of theundergraduates is analyzed and evaluated from the four dimensions of the topic selection,the ability level,the length of the paper and the ability of foreign language application ? On the other hand combing the instructor's graduation thesis reviews?After investigation and study,draw the following conclusions:Teachers are satisfied with the overall evaluation of undergraduate thesis;the lever of students' s comprehensive useing knowledge ability and scientific research ability is supposed to be improved.There are differences in the quality of different professional graduates.And then from the paper on the quality of factors to explore,according to the survey data summarizes the factors that affect the undergraduate thesis are as following: Whether it is in place to write about the meaning of graduation thesis s,Whether the supervisor is responsible and careful counseling,Graduates attach importance to students,the degree of graduates 's attention,the carefully organization and arrangement of school and good research platform and atmosphere?To further improve the quality of undergraduate thesis,the following suggestions are put forward for the undergraduate thesis of the research process:enhance thequality of the paper awareness,attention to graduation thesis link;strengthen the discipline construction,rational allocation of resources;strengthen the overall quality of students,improve the level of scientific research;strengthen the whole process of monitoring and management of the paper?...
