Providing high quality early years education for the children has become one of the common pursuit of all countries in the world.Changing from only valuing the quantity of development previously,including the number of kindergarten,the enrollment rate of right age children and the length of the time in kindergarten,the preschool education has paid more attention on the level of education quality accepted by children at the same time also paying attention to quantity.To this end,all countries start to establish corresponding kindergarten education quality assurance system to ensure quality of kindergarten education one after another.It is relatively late to construct education quality guarantee system in our country,which has not shaped up to now.This article try to describe the theoretical form of the kindergarten education quality guarantee system on the theoretical basis of human development of ecology,with the purpose of reflecting practice from the theory perspective,analyzing the problems existing in the kindergarten education quality assurance system,and putting forward corresponding strategy.Part One:This part analyzes a large number of articles coming from different field of preschool education quality?kindergarten education quality assurance system and human development of ecology,which contributed to providing theoretical support to strategy study of kindergarten education quality assurance system.Part Two: This part aim to analyze what the assurance system based on human development of ecology should be.The kindergarten education quality guarantee system should have four characteristics: the developmental goal;the coordination of multiple subjects;the appropriateness of the standard,the diversity of means,which is the theoretical framework of the whole article to explore the kindergarten education quality assurance system.Part Three: This part aims to discover problem by reflecting practice from the perspective of theory,and then,analyze the reason of problems from ideology?ability?available resources and responsibility division,which gives support to put forward strategies.Part Four: This part offer a proposal by a more comprehensive approach based on the reason analysis above,including renewing ideas,structuring main network and setting up specialized agencies.
