Chinese teaching is facing criticism,especially the Chinese beginning teachers as commitment to the future of education,the mission of great responsibility,at the same time as the high education reform and development,Chinese teachers are facing growing pressure.Therefore,it is urgent to study the occupational adaptability of junior high school novice teachers,to improve the process of building a team of Chinese teachers.This paper is based on junior high school noviceteachers,discussing the problems existing in the career adjustment stage of new teachers in their professional development process.Combing Chinese beginning languageteachers,occupational adjustment,usingquestionnaire methods,interviewsmethods to examine occupationaladjustment of school Chinese teachers,and using form of questionnaires and interviews to understand the Chinese beginning teachersin the early period of occupation.This paper analyzes the adaptability of the beginning Chinese teachers from the internal and external aspects,and then puts forward some effective strategies to promote the vocational adaptability of Junior Chinese teachers.This paper aims at the demand of the beginning Chinese teachers in junior high school for the purpose of self-career development,and aims at realizing their own professional growth and becoming excellent language teachers.From the motivation of new teachers' occupation and occupation attitude to analyze,explain clearly their occupation target,will work hard at work,in life and psychological practice the excellent teachersstandards,improve self-efficacy and teaching ability,and gradually grow,smooth transition.Of course,in the early career,there are some external conditions to help,from the job school,normal schools and families.Because the internal cause is the main factor,only because the new teachers realize the importance of their own career development,they can adjust their own change and change themselves to a certain extent to solve the discomfort in the work.
