Under the background of new curriculum reform and the sunshine sports carried out,as well as the fitness craze,the campus and community sports infrastructure is continuing to improve.School sports system in methodically improve and perfect.At the same time,PE teachers’ comprehensive and sustainable development proposed higher requirements.This paper aims to investigate and analysis the present situation of physical education teachers in rural junior high school,and to summarize the current PE teachers’ common problems and causes of problems in Yingshang county.It’s also trying to find out the corresponding solutions and measures and providing some empirical basis and theoretical reference for the construction of a high quality of PE teachers in rural area.By using the method of literature review,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the paper has studied and analyzed Yingshang county rural junior high school physical education teachers’ basic situation,structure characteristics,teaching work and teaching standard,teaching ability,extracurricular activities to carry out the situation,scientific research,continuing education,welfare benefits and stability,and other aspects.It’s been found out the existence problems in the process of building in Yingshang county rural junior high school PE teachers.And here draws the conclusions:1,Yingshang county rural junior high school PE teachers ratio do not meet the national requirements,and there is still a big gap.Teachers tend to be younger in age,and the structure is basically reasonable.Sex ratio structure is unreasonable.2,There is a lack of key teachers among Yingshang county rural junior high school PE teachers whose senior title of professional teachers occupy a low proportion.PE teachers’ basic qualifications meet the national requirements for the secondary school teachers,and the number of undergraduate education has reached 85.2%.3,Yingshang county rural junior high school PE teachers’ understanding on standard of the new curriculum has been reached.Writing lesson plans did not conform to the specification while implementation of lesson plans did not reach the requirement.Morning exercises,class-break setting-up exercise and extracurricular activities are carried out on the overall workload uneven.The extracurricular competition is single,the students’ interest is low.4,Yingshang county junior high school PE teachers’ scientific research ability is low,and they have few achievements in scientific research.Continuing education failed to play its role.The training on physical education teachers’ ability is more about teaching ability and research ability.5,Yingshang county rural junior high school PE teachers have little satisfaction in their working conditions.Teacher’s workload and salary levels do not match,and they’re far below the developed areas.Teachers’ enthusiasm is reduced,which seriously affects the teaching and learning of education.Through the analysis I got the following recommendations:1,Enrich the number and quality of physical education teachers in order to adapt to the new curriculum reform2,Strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the comprehensive quality of physical education teachers3,Strengthen the training of teachers deeply in order to establish a stable team of physical education teachers4,Improve the ideological concept in charge of Sports Leadership5,Improve the physical education teachers’ salary and title assess6,Encourage sports teachers to go out to learn advanced ideas and methods of education...
