For private higher education in China in 2016 is a year of extraordinary significance,on November 7,2016,"private education promotion law" amendment,private higher education into the era of classified management.Amendment to the provincial government according to the actual situation to set up the classification management supporting policies.Ask for each private colleges in sichuan province on September 1,2017 for-profit and nonprofit.After the classification management one of the most core problem is the problem teachers.L college very much concerned about the stability problem of teachers' team,therefore,this article by L attaches great importance to and support the director of the institute.Through questionnaire,interview and so on,this paper analysed the L college teachers present situation and existing problems,and combined with the latest policy documents,and gives some Suggestions for L college teachers team construction,for the classification management of supporting policies have important significance in sichuan province,also can choose for the classification of private colleges and universities of sichuan province and teachers team construction to provide the reference in the future.The first part of this article expounds the research system of classified management under the background of the for-profit private colleges,teacher team construction in sichuan province and meaning,combed the related issues of research in recent years,and the study of classification management,for-profit private colleges nouns such as the definition.The second part introduced combined with the latest policy documents,and analyzes the private universities choose to register as non-profit after the influence of the construction of teachers' team,teachers,teacher pay,teacher development guaranteed;Also analyzed the private universities choose to register as for-profit after the influence of the construction of teachers' team,and to improve the income of teachers can get shares,but also brings difficulties for the government's policy guidance,teachers themselves will be adversely affected.The third part through to the sichuan institute of L field investigation and data analysis,summed up the current problems in the construction of the contingent of teachers,teachers structure is unreasonable,compensation,welfare system is not sound,not practical promotion system,teachers training does not reach the designated position,teachers' sense of belonging is not strong and the teachers' attitude problem.The fourth part the author for the above problems,combining with maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and human capital theory,put forward under the system of classified management,sichuan for-profit private colleges should further perfect the compensation system on teachers team construction,to adopt employee stock,arouse the enthusiasm of teachers;To carry out the teachers' welfare and rights,implement tenure;Optimization promotion system;Pay attention to teachers' professional development,improving the vocational training.
