With the development of market economy in our country,the demand for the application of technical talents is increasing day by day,and the state explicitly requests to speed up the transformation of local undergraduate colleges,and focus on undergraduate vocational education.During the developmental process,The construction of"double-qualified ”teachers is the key to the transformation.Therefore,the construction of "double-qualified" teachers staff in application-oriented undergraduate universities is becoming more and more important by the state,The introduction and practical action of a series of national,local and university policy documents is the most powerful proof.It is in the context of such a situation and personal interest,the author selects the status quo of "double-qualified "teachers training in Sichuan applied undergraduate colleges and universities,and tries to investigate the current situation of "double-qualified" teachers training,which is changing from the newly established undergraduate colleges to the application-oiented undergraduate universities,and find out the existence of the problem.Hoping for the successful transition of traditional teachers staff to “double-qualified”teachers staff in the application-oiented undergraduate universities,and then put forward my superficial recommendations to promote the newly established undergraduate colleges to achieve the overall transformation of the application-oiented undergraduate institutionsIn this study,the author selects the most representative school of transition in Sichuan province-X school as a case analysis,using the way of literature research,interviewing method and questionnaire survey to research "double-qualified " teachers training status of X school in transition time.Under the premise of collection of a large amount of information,and use qualitative and quantitative method and comparison method to analyze and sum its problem: First,X College lacks a perfect related institutional system;Secondly,the training work is not based on fully understanding and respecting of the subjective and objective needs of the trained teachers;thirdly,the training of the "double-qualified" teachers is lacking in systematicness;fourth,the Enthusiasm of trained teacher is low.To solve these problems,the author analyzed the reasons behind the existence of the problems,and on the basis of the theoretical support of the theory of life-long education and the professional development of teachers,giving advice to how to improve"double-qualified" teachers training in those kinds of school like X school.First,it is necessary to establish a sound system of "double-qualified” teacher training system,from training access to export and related supported training systems of incentives,venues,funding should be improved.Second,implement the analysis of training needs,improve the effectiveness and pertinence of "double-qualified " teacher training.what we should emphasize is the combination of organizational needs,job requirements,and teacher needs.Third,the teacher managers makes “double-teacher”'s trainning form to become diversity.The author advocates self-reliance,develop-s school-based training vigorously,this trainning model not only strengthens characteristics of trainning content of based-on College,but also reduces the dependence about trainning units outside.At the same time,the auther also proposes to combine system trainning with conventional single trainning,to use micro,short and long-term trainning forms integratedly.
