Research On The Ability Of College Counselors In The Work To Resist The Penetration Of Extremist Religious Ideology In A University In Xinjiang

Illegal religious activities and religious extremist ideology are the survival of the soil of the "three evil forces" for,and the serious impact on social stability and long period of stability of cancer.In recent years,the "three forces" in Xinjiang are in collusion with each other,dressed in the cloak of nationality and religion,infiltrate college students in Xinjiang purposefully,selectively and strategically,peddle separatist ideas,spread reactionary speech,create separatist activities,seriously threaten the ideological security in Xinjiang Universities.As the student's ideological educator and daily affairs manager,the college counselors' original professional ability in Xinjiang has not been able to cope with the complicated and severe situation in the ideological field,so we must continue to strengthen the construction of professional ability and enhance the ability to resist religious extremist ideological penetration,in order to effectively deal with the changing situation in the ideological field,to meet the new requirements of the ideological work in Colleges and universities,and to ensure the socialist direction of higher education.This study focuses on how to improve the ability of college counselors in Xinjiang to resist the penetration of extremist religious ideology.First of all,this paper reviews the relevant theories of the counselors' vocational ability,defines the concept of the ability of the counselors to resist the religious extremist ideology and researches it's components.Secondly,take a university in Xinjiang as an example,understands the current situation and problems of the college counselors' ability to resist religious extremism through the questionnaire survey and interview,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems and reasons.The author hopes to enrich and deepen the research results of the professional ability of counselors from the theoretical level,to promote the construction of the professional ability of Xinjiang college counselors from the practice level,and then enhance the effectiveness of ideological work in Xinjiang universities.Through the investigation and analysis,the main problems of the college counselors' ability to resist the religious extremist ideological infiltration at present are: the professional ability of counselors is still insufficient,including the low level of scientific research innovation ability,the application ability of network media to be improved,and the ability of psychological counselors to be strengthened;The system of counselors' professional ability construction is not perfect,including the structure of the professional knowledge of the counselors is unreasonable,and the ability training system is faulty.Analyzing the reasons of the social level,school level and individual level,we can find that it's mainly because of the lack of external assistance capacity building,capacity building system is not perfect and the inherent lack of capacity building.Based on this,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of the counselors' ability to resist the penetration of extremist religious ideology,the first is to attach importance to the construction of the ability of reverse osmosis,and the two is to improve the long-term mechanism of improving the ability of reverse osmosis,and the three is to strengthen the construction of the ability of reverse osmosis.
