Convergence between secondary and higher vocational applied undergraduate,is the inevitable demand of China's contemporary occupation education reform and development,is the inevitable requirement of all-round coordinated and sustainable development of China's economic and social development and education,occupation education is the talent output of industrial upgrading transformation,and training high skilled personnel,to further expand knowledge of vocational students,cultivate their critical thinking,training their ability to solve problems,an important path to realize the sustainable development of College Students' occupation.In addition,the higher vocational education has a profound influence on the development of Vocational schools.Occupation school can not only through the way of cohesion to attract more students,but also through the connection between middle and high occupation education,cultivating high skill talents more,enhance the school's status in society and its influence.This paper studies the current situation of high vocational education in China and abroad,and explores the feasibility ofthe convergence of Higher Vocational education.The use of convenient conditions in Hunan automotive engineering Career Academy high occupation education project management,with high occupation education practice of Hunan automotive engineering Career Academy experience as the starting point,the real and effective data collection.Analysis on the restrictive factors of the convergence of high vocational education and the safeguard measures for the development of high vocational education.This paper summarizes the external factors and internal factors that influence the implementation of the middle and high vocational education,and puts forward six effective ways to solve the problems.
