Research objective: The function of execution and control is the embodiment of advanced human cognitive ability,which also plays a vital role in individual psychological development.And the preschool children are in the critical period of the development of control and executive function.Many studies conducted home and abroad indicate that exercise intervention can help children to develop their control and executive function.However,the brain mechanism of children on this function remains unclear.In the non-laboratory environment,the near-infrared spectroscopy technique was used to explore the neurological mechanism of eight-week tennis game intervention on preschool children's control and executive function,which aims to provide scientific basis for the physical education of preschool children and hope to provide reference value to promote the development of this function by the exercise intervention program.Methods: A total of 30 young children from a kindergarten in Beijing were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with fifteen subjects in each group.The experiment is a mixed design of 2(experimental group and control group)× 2(pre-experiment and post-experiment test).Physical test and executive function test(Fanker task,1-back task)were performed before and after exercise intervention.At the same time,near-infrared spectroscopy was used to analyze the changes of oxygen front hemoglobin in the prefrontal cortex of the subjects before and after exercise intervention.Research result:(1)The results of the experiment showed that the interaction effect of tennis game on the time ? group(F(1,26)= 85.658,P = 0.000 <0.01)of the control and executive function of children is very significant and the effect of eight-week tennis game intervention on children has a positive impact.Specifically speaking,the response time is reduced in Flanker task(F(1,26)=2.613,P=0.04<0.05)and 1-back task(F(1,26)=3.748,P=0.00<0.01),the correct rate of 1-back task(F(1,26)=10.627,P =0.004<0.01)is improved in the performance of the test children.(2)NIRS data showed that the brain frontal lobe oxygenated hemoglobin was improved to some extent after the experiment,suggesting that exercise intervention had a positive effect on the development of control function.(3)The physical data showed that the indexes of the intervention group and the control group were improved after the experiment.The physical fitness indexes of the intervention group were significantly higher than those before the experiment,but the control group did not change significantly.Research conclusion: The eight-week tennis game had a positive effect on the cognitive and control function of preschool children,which was reflected in the improvement of the performance of the task and the memory task.After the exercise intervention,the activation of the frontal lobe of the children was higher than that of the control group,But there was no significant difference in brain oxygenated hemoglobin.The improvement of executive and control function of children didn't have an impact on the brain prefrontal cortex activity.The eight-week tennis game can help to develop children's physical fitness comprehensively.
