To better develop tourism,need the support and guarantee of high-quality talents,while tourism information resources is the important support and guarantee of the all-around development of tourism management high-quality talents.We entered the information age,the amount of information resources is exploding,investigation,users and their information needs is the basis of information service institutions.Only grasp the needs of higher vocational tourism major students about tourist information resources and satisfaction factors about the quality of tourism information resources,they can make the countermeasures of tourism information resources,better meet the needs of tourism information resources of tourism major students,and better meet the cultivation of high quality talents needs.This paper mainly studies on the satisfaction of tourism information resources quality of Vocational Colleges Students,taking tourism related majors students in Higher Vocational Colleges of Tianjin Haihe Education Park as the research object,through empirical method to investigate effective factors of Higher Vocational Tourism related major Students' satisfaction of the quality of Tourism information resources.This paper can be divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the preface,introduction the background of this research,the basic content and framework of research purpose and significance of this research ideas and methods and research.The second chapter is the literature review part.Retrospective related research literature on tourism information resources quality and satisfaction both at home and abroad.Through careful reorganizing,this paper establishes the theoretical framework.The third chapter is the research of the design of this part.The main contents are the hypothesis model and eleven hypotheses related to the design of the questionnaire and the statistics used in this study to the relevant theoretical analysis method.The fourth chapter is about the empirical study of this paper,mainly including the distribution and recovery of the questionnaire,the data of the descriptive statistics analysis,reliability test,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The fifth chapter summarizes the main content of former chapter studies and gets the research conclusion of this paper.This paper puts forward the suggestions to strengthen the construction of tourism information resources in higher vocational colleges quality,and the innovation points,the difficulties,the limitations and further research this paper.This thesis through theoretical research to summarize quality satisfaction of tourism information resources both at home and abroad,based on the previous researches,the relevant theoretical reference for customer satisfaction,the construction of Higher Vocational Tourism Major Students of tourism information resources quality hypothesissatisfaction model,and based on the eleven hypotheses proposed in this paper.This thesis formed the model of higher vocational college students' tourism information resources quality satisfaction,on the basis of previous studies and American customers' satisfaction index.This thesis puts forward eleven research hypotheses,and then uses this model to investigate the satisfaction of tourism information resources.According to the proportion of students majoring in tourism in five colleges and universities,a total of 370 questionnaires were issued,and the recovery rate was 92.97%,which was about 344.Based on the original data are basic information and statistics,using SPSS 21.0 software for statistical analysis(descriptive statistics,reliability test,factor analysis,correlation and regression analysis),The empirical analysis shows that higher vocational tourism majors mean satisfaction on tourism information resources quality is 21.0748,rich tourism resources,the novelty of tourist information resources,the correlation of tourist information resources,the authority of the tourism information resources,tourism information resources ease of access to the satisfaction of the average was 17.3741,21.4558,20.8095,21.9286,18.7687.The empirical results show that the fifth hypotheses: the convenience of tourism information resources and the satisfaction of Higher Vocational Tourism Major Students of tourism information resources is positively related,the remaining ten assumptions acquisition of tourism information resources quality of were verified.The research results show that the abundance of tourism information resources,the novelty of tourism information resources,the relevance of tourism information resources,the authority of tourism information resource has a positive impact on the satisfaction of tourism information resources quality.There are four five factors positively affect the perceived value of tourism major students in higher vocational on the quality of tourism information resources: the abundance and of tourism information resources,the novelty of tourism information resources,the correlation of tourism information resources,the authority of tourism information resources,the convenience of tourism information resources.Perceived value of the improvement of the quality of tourism information resources of higher vocational tourism major students will promote the satisfaction of tourism information resources quality of Higher Vocational Colleges Students.
