In the new curriculum under the concept of leather,in the promotion of quality education,the new situation to promote the all-round development of students under,as an important part of school moral education of the primary school class,promote the development of school,teacher and students.This paper uses questionnaire survey,classroom observation,literature research methods on the implementation of the primary school class,and the effective implementation of strategy research.This paper takes three primary school in Jinzhou city as the research object,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the four to the sixth grade students,and the results were analyzed.The existing primary school theme class meeting,theme class meeting participation degree is relatively low,theme class meeting time is not guaranteed,the form and content of the theme class meeting from the old one the actual and the teacher and parents pay more attention to the theme class meeting is not enough.The paper summarized the main reasons include lack of teacher education,teacher professional quality limit,lax regulations of school management,teacher teaches education attention.Shift the effective implementation of proposed aiming at the existing problems of the primary school class.Slightly.This paper proposes the determination of the dominant position of students and make students become the master teacher training;scientific concept of moral education,improve teacher professional quality;attention to physical and psychological development of the pupils,a targeted education goal;to understand students' interest,class design of the content and form of rich and colorful;improve the follow-up of moral education the evaluation methods,the effective implementation of deepening reflection and evaluation of the importance of strategy.In this paper,through the investigation of the current situation of the theme class meeting and the effective implementation of the strategy,the combination of theory and practice,to promote the effective implementation of the theme class meeting,and for the majority of teachers with reference.
