For china is being in the period of social transformation,the problem of rural students dropping-out is becoming one of the important issues of social concern.In Inner Mongolian area,our country has increased investment and expenditure in the education of minority nationalities in terms of fund,material and personnel,however,the problems still happens.And Mongolian students from rural areas occupy a certain proportion.The problem of rural students of the Mongolian dropping-out not only hinders the development of the talent team construction,inherit the ethnic traditional culture in Inner Mongolia and wastes valuable educational resources,but also causes adverse effects on the modernization of the country.At the same time,it also has increased the unstable factors about the urbanization of Inner Mongolia.So it shouldn't be ignored that the impact of this problem on the overall development of Inner Mongolia even China.Our country and the government of Inner Mongolia have come up with some policies,which can make for pursuing the education of the minority nationalities.But most of that is still in macroscopic.The policies are still in the fund,the construction of the school and improving the quality of teachers.It doesn't work from the internal factors that affect the problem of students dropping-out.The Social Work,a major as a basic rule of helping others and helping ourselves,regards the altruism as the view of value.By using cases,groups and community etc.to find the problem and advantage of the client himself,the purpose is to fully dig up the potential of the client and link social resources for it,also to help the client improve self ability of solving and preventing problems.As a result,the author analyzes and summarizes the reasons for rural students of the Mongolian dropping-out,by field survey and interview,and try to use the professional methods and skills of social work to develop the problem.With three villages and K middle school as the object of study in Horqin Right Wing Front Banner of Xing'an league of Inner Mongolia,this essay use field survey and interview to know the influence factors of the problem of Mongolian students dropping-out.The author came to K middle school during the graduation field work and found the client through investigation and inquiry.In the process of collecting relevant information of the problem,this paper summarizes the reasons for this problem by talking with the teachers,students and villagers.Meanwhile,combining with the main content of talking with the client's parents,the writer analyzes the main reasons for dropping-out,forecast the actual problems and needs of client and set service objectives and plans.Due to the case is found by accident during the writer's graduation practice,the client belongs to the unwilled.So first,the writer needs to establish a mutual trust relationship with the client,after that,by guiding the client to join in the process of making plans to enhance the actual effects of its implementation plan.This essay mainly introduces and describes the process of the whole case about rural students of the Mongolian dropping-out.According to the evaluation of the case's process and result,it'll give some advice.The author thinks that this problem is related to the objective environment of rural area.But in order to solve this problem,it also should combine the feature itself and deploy in different point and layer.Through the study,the author found that the case of social work in the intervention of Mongolian rural students out of school problems,we should pay attention to three aspects:(1)pay attention to the case of the main self discovery and tap their potential.(2)prevent the labeling of students who are out of school.(3)pay attention to adolescent mental health education.
