E-learning,can make learners aquire knowledge without the limitation of space and time,it has characteristics of timely,efficient and convenient;many companies had used e-learning platforms into training.There is no doubt,as a new way of training,result of training is an important benchmark,while employee's training experience,learning experience will directly affect the result of training.Therefore,it is very important to highlight the learning exper:ience and create a good learning environment,so that the employees can improve the efficiency of learning.In my dissertation,I investigated employees' training experience from Uses and Gratification Theory perspective,the purpose is to understand the trainee's satisfaction that is form cognition,affection,personal integration,social integration,as well as entertainment these five aspects,in order to come up some improvements and strategies for e-learning training.I applied for literature review to study the learning process,then,I investigate learning experience via using the method of questionnaire investigation,finally,in order to explore the influence of learning experience,I used interview survey to investigate the specific reason.There are six chapters in the dissertation.Contents of each chapter can be summarized as follows:Chapter one.Introduction.In this part contents background,purpose as well as methodology of this study.Chapter two.Theoretical basis and literature review.This part,I defined the main concepts,reviewed the e-learning training experience,uses and gratification theory and the comprehensive learning theory,I was trying to find out internal connection of these theories,in order to found next step of this research.Chapter three.This part presents the main quantative research and analyz process as well as the result of the survey.In order to present employees'e-learning experience,this part shows the employees had some satisfactions in cognition,affection,social integration,personal integration,and entertainment satisfaction.The result shows that lots of them are satisfited on cognition and affection aspects,while in the entertainment aspects,employees had few satisfactions.Then,I made some assumptions toward this fact.Chapter four.Case interview.In this part,I combined result of survey made some interviews that is to investigate the reason made by satisfaction of e-learning training and discuss the causes of e-learning training.Most of the employees think that e-learning training can help them to aquire relevant professional knowledge,and can also contect with colleagues in the training;however,they realized that e-learning training is not a recreational activity.Chapter five.Conclusion and suggestion.In this part,I summarized the e-leaning training from results and causes of the training,and give some suggestions on the training content.In general,employees had good training experience toward e-learning training experience.E-learning can give them specialized knowledge,while it needs to focus on inner world of staffs;in addition,the construction of e-learning platform needs to be diversification,if it can be developed for different departments that would be grateful,so that this e-learning can be regarded as efficient.
