Teachers' scientific research is based on solving the practical problems existing in the teaching practice,for the purpose of using scientific research methods to the development of education theory,teaching principles and methods,reveals the law of education teaching cognitive activity.This study selected the teachers' internal and external motivation and organizational level of social environmental factors as the breakthrough point,through the adoption of purposeful sampling and quota sampling method,the primary and secondary school physical education teachers focus group interviews and questionnaire survey,to understand the present situation of P.E.teachers' scientific research in Beijing,P.E.teachers and tries to explore the influence factors of the activities involved in scientific research performance and scientific research.For three continuous research in this paper.Study the status quo-a primary and secondary school physical education teachers scientific research in Beijing,for example.Using focus group interviews,interviews with 76 front-line teachers,and the use of NVivo8.0 software for qualitative analysis,extract the common form of scientific research of 19 primary and secondary school physical education teachers.Based on the form of questionnaire items,primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Beijing,the questionnaire survey to describe the situation of primary and secondary school PE teachers' scientific research in Beijing.Study 2 self-determination theory Angle of view the influence factors of the P.E.teachers' scientific research performance.Questionnaire of the present situation of P.E.teachers' scientific research influence factors ",the survey results are linear regression analysis,builds a structural equation model.Research three self-determination theory perspective of the influence factors of P.E.teachers' participation in scientific research activities.Using the same questionnaire,using linear regression analysis to explore the influence factors of P.E.teachers' participation in scientific research activities and builds a structural equation model.The results of the study are as follows:1.small and medium-sized sports teachers' scientific research performance is mainly influenced by time,and positively correlated with work time,as the growth of the age,job title,the backbone and accumulation;Within 20 years' experience of teacher and scientific research performance is proportional to the teaching experience,more than 20 years' experience of teachers' scientific research performance declined.Participate in scientific research activities only significant difference between the backbone with Fei Gu Gan teachers.2.self-determination theory can partly explain the factors that affect the performance,scientific research and scientific research activities involved in the relationship.To participate in scientific research activities of predicting degree is stronger,explains the almost half of the variance;Weak predictive power for scientific research performance,explain only a quarter of the total variance.3.Informational environment are primary and secondary school PE teachers' scientific research performance and scientific research activities in the main influence factors.From the primary and secondary school physical education teachers to participate in scientific research activities,the influence of the importance of learning platform,teaching and research section scientific research atmosphere,the mentor,schools encourage good scientific research support,leadership attaches great importance to the degree and scientific research training.4.Discussing effect factors in teaching scientific research performance,the performance of the three factor model,the optimal fitting,informational social environment factors by influencing the internal motive,P.E.teachers affect the performance of scientific research;To participate in teaching research activities influence factors to explore,to participate in the fit of the four factor model,the optimal,informational environment factors of scientific research to meet teacher's basic psychological needs,promote motivation internalization,in turn,affects the participation of scientific research activities.
