Along with the ideological trend of the constructism came to China.In the background of the new course reformation,All the teachers began to try importing the teaching pattern of the teamwork in subjects teaching.The team principle of this theory guide and psychology makes me get enlightenment in discovering class management pattern.It also became the theory basic that I discover and complete class teamwork management pattern.So,in the background that education advocate students to manage by themselves now.According to building the class group,make a survey about implementation current situation of middle school students' teamwork management and learning styles to reach the purpose of optimizing middle school students class management.So,the survey of middle school students class group instructure style in the sight of self management is a problem of be worth searching.Regard the students of Class 1 and 2,Grade 8 as the research objects in this passage.It mainly uses the action research method and generally uses the literature method,the questionnaire survey method,analysis method of contrasting and so on.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of group construction in Class 1 Grade 8,Through the study,we found that the group construction method has played a positive role in improving students,mathematical knowledge,training mathematical literacy and training mathematical ability.And the effect of group cooperation management and learning is analyzed from five aspects,they are the analysis of the style effect of class teams,the analysis of the class work system's effect,the analysis of the class management system's effect,the analysis of the class evaluation system's effect and the analysis of the class encouragement system's effect.Here are the following conclusions through the analysis of research as followed.Firstly,for junior school students,group cooperative learning is conducive to the impr ovement of the students learning,the improvement of mathematics ability,and the tr ansformation of the learning attitude.Secondly,Group cooperative learning conduciv e to the development of all the students,especially to the effect on eugenics is the mos t obvious.Thirdly,This way of cooperative learning group,improve the students'ability of cooperation,strengthen the consciousness of the cooperation between the students.Fourthly,in the team management and learning,the students are the biggest beneficiaries.Fifthly,such way of cooperative learning group,enhancing the students'competitive consciousness and shaping the students mentality of success.According to the problems above,I come up with the following Suggestions:first,all of the teachers in the experimental class are involved in the practice application of group cooperative learning model;Second,persist in training team leaders' abilities of management and learning.Establish their authority.At the same time,pay more attention to the student whose basis is not good enough.Third,establish a scientific and effective evaluation mechanism;Fourth,optimize the rules and regulations in groups and adjust them flexibly at any time.
