The purpose of this essay is to establish the basic model of the mathematics teaching strategies of the first-period guided by diversified targets initially.Meanwhile,it aims to testify whether these teaching strategies have positive effects on students in the first-period on academic mood and the improvement of mathematics achievements.By consulting literature,studying teaching material and the guidance of professors,I work out the teaching strategies of the first-period guided by diversified targets.And I name it PLE strategy,which can be applied in three stages—before class,during class and after class.To verify the effect of PLE strategy,I conduct a further study by questionnaire and experimentation.The result of research indicates that there is a significant difference in academic influence of students in the first-period.Students in experimental group are much more positive than those in control group and so their mathematics achievement is noticeably improved.This research also compares gender difference.Girls' mathematics achievement is better than those in control group and boys in experimental group improve a lot but there is an unconspicuous gap between students in two groups.
