Junior high school students as a force for the future development of the motherland,the value concept and state of mind,is closely linked with the construction and development of our country.Therefore,we need to have highly valued for junior high school students master training,will further enhance the ideological and moral quality of the junior high school students.Is in the social transition period of the new China,with the arrival of the information age and the rapid development of society,people’s ideological understanding of a wide range of changes.In the junior middle school students in bad behavior,moral misconduct has occurred,to this end,we must enhance vigilance.Junior high school stage as an important stage of growth,only in this period to make the junior high school students to develop good behavior habits,in order to ensure the future of life in the journey has a good development.This study to the students of junior middle school as the research object,through a large number of literature,combined with the status of the current junior high school students bad behavior,analysis of the reasons for its,and puts forward the relevant suggestions,help students to establish a sound code of conduct.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part:introduction.Raised at the beginning,and for the related domestic and foreign research status summary of;purpose and significance of the research,the research ideas and methods and concepts related to the management of bad behavior of junior high school students do in detail.Conduct in-depth analysis of the second part:on the junior high school students the theoretical basis of common bad behavior management,main contents are:Taylor’s scientific management theory,Fayol’ s general management theory,loss of norm theory,techniques of neutralization theory,family stress theory and inhibition theory,sociopathic syndrome on.The third part:current situation investigation.According to the common adverse behavior of junior high school students,through the questionnaire adjusted difference form of current students’ common bad behavior to do fieldwork,on the basis of the analysis of the status quo summed up the features of bad behaviors of junior high schocol students.Fourth part:reason analysis.Leading to the junior middle school students have the bad behavior of various reasons were analyzed,mainly from the four aspects of the family environment,school management,teacher factors and student factors were in-depth analysis,on subsequent recommendations made a solid theoretical foundation.The fifth part:countermeasures and suggestions.According to the analysis of the junior high school students bad behavior and its reasons,and combined with the psychological characteristics of middle school students,school management and teachers’ status factors,to reduce junior high school students’bad behaviour proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions.At the end of the article,the thesis summarizes the whole thesis,which is conducive to the regulation of the common bad behavior of junior high school students,and to promote the healthy growth of junior middle school students.
