With the continuous expansion of colleges and universities,the scale of higher education in China has expanded rapidly,and the quality of higher education has become a hot issue in higher education.The quality 'of personnel training is the core of the quality of higher education,so the quality of higher education personnel training is a crucial issue in the quality of higher education.On the basis of reviewing the relevant literatures and summarizing the relevant theories,this study determines the evaluation index of the quality of personnel training in higher agricultural colleges according to the relevant indexes of the quality of personnel training in the fourth round of disciplinary assessment.This paper studies the quality of personnel training in higher agricultural colleges,and takes 12 colleges and universities in China as an example to carry on the empirical analysis.Through the analysis result,it founded the existing problems of the higher agricultural colleges in the aspects of talented person training and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main results of this study are as follows:First,according to the relevant contents of the quality training of the fourth round of the discipline assessment issued by the Ministry of Education of China,the author has identified a relatively perfect and reasonable evaluation index of the quality of personnel training in higher agricultural colleges,among which Including the quality of the teachers,the training process,students and graduates of the three dimensions of the evaluation indicators;second,building a dynamic comprehensive evaluation model used to evaluate the quality of personnel training institutions in higher agricultural.Through the preparation of the code,using the 576 data that MATLAB software dealt with,it gained the dynamic comprehensive evaluation value of China's 12 high agricultural institutions in the "second Five-Year Plan" period of three years;third,the use of comprehensive evaluation of the results of the higher The quality of personnel training in agricultural colleges and universities is followed by the analysis of the results of the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model.It found the existing problems in the cultivation of talents in higher agricultural colleges and the corresponding of the countermeasures.The innovation of this research is the application of vertical and horizontal to open the grade method to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of the quality of personnel training in higher agricultural colleges and universities,and to include the implicit elements of time in the index weight,which highlights the quality of personnel training And not only the difference between the colleges and universities,but also in the "vertical" reflects the quality of the overall situation of personnel training in colleges and universities.The evaluation results are comparable,and based on the evaluation results using the maximum order difference This paper analyzes the development trend of higher agricultural colleges and universities so as to grasp the comprehensive situation of the development of talents in higher agricultural colleges and universities in different periods of time,and provide help for the evaluation of the quality of personnel training in higher agricultural colleges.
