In recent years,children's deviant behavior has been a hot topic of social concern.Before the second child policy to open up,the community advocates only one child per family,many families also showed a typical 421 mode.The child as the home of the "only child",subject to the care and love do not have much to say,some families even ignored the normal education of the children,"spoiled" and "indulgence" is their education norm,such as at home,do not know how to care for the young,School students fighting,public abuse,destruction of public facilities and so on.These phenomena may not to regard it as right in the eyes of parents,but this is not the correct way in strengthening education under the influence of children,whether in the physical,psychological and social health are difficult to achieve,in good condition,resulting in deviant behavior,is not conducive to the healthy growth of children.Therefore,to understand the living conditions of children,psychological state,the method of social work professional intervention,while changing the parent or teacher's education idea,to create a healthy and positive environment for the growth of children,to correct children behavior.In this paper,a deviation behavior of children Fenghua community in Nanshan District of Shenzhen city as an example,using non structural interview method to analyze the behavior problems and reasons to explore problems this behavior from the aspects of family and school,seeking strategies and methods to solve children behavior problems,so that children can get the right education and guidance in the growth path,and promote the healthy growth of children.The paper includes four parts: the first part is the introduction,describes the background and significance of the research,literature review,definition of related concepts,theoretical basis and research methods;the second part is to analyze the problems and reasons of the service object,and briefly discusses the intervention methods;the third part is based on the analysis of the problem and the reason of the service object,process and evaluation method using patterns of behavior therapy skills in children behavior;the fourth part is the research conclusions and suggestions.
