A new round of basic education curriculum reform advocates that teachers should promote the comprehensive development of students while conducting evaluation in teaching,and discover the students' sparkles and encourage them timely.Under the call of the new education idea,the teacher pay more and more attention to student assessment,have set up the concept of incentive evaluation for students.So the author decided to select the classroom of primary school Chinese teachers incentive evaluation as the focus of thesis research.Classroom incentive evaluation has a certain goal to pursue,it not only needs to pay attention to the students'psychological development,but also reflects the students'subjectivity,seeks the students' all-round develepment,shows the students' individuality.Proper classroom incentive evaluation can play a big role,it not only can exercise teacher evaluation ability,also can enhance students' interest in learning the language and confidence,stimulate students'potential.But incentive evaluation did not fully achieve the purpose of the preset in the actual classroom.Through classroom observation,the author analyzes the present situation of classroom incentive evaluation from the application frequency,the classification of the form,content,evaluation objects.And summed up the primary school Chinese teachers'classroom incentive evaluation content generalization,form a single,low popularity,lack of emotional problems.Finally,the author in the analysis of the teaching activity and teaching cases for some improvement strategy that can be used for reference in the elementary school language teacher incentive evaluation:1.Set up the correct evaluation idea,insist on presupposition and generation,praise and criticism.2.Pay attention to the diversity of the ways of evaluation,flexible use of oral evaluation and physical evaluation,evaluation of external rewards.3.Reflect the level of evaluation,evaluation pattern formation were situated.4.Grasp the timeliness of evaluation,motivate students'courage and progress in a timely manner.5.Pursuit the emotional and artistic,showing love,sincerity,and the teacher humorous attitude in the evaluation.
