Research On The Characteristics Of Deviant Behavior Of China Men's Basketball Professional League

Chinese men's basketball professional league(hereinafter referred to as the "CBA")is the highest level of competitive basketball in China,but also an important base for the cultivation of competitive basketball talents in china.After 22 years of professional reform,it has become one of the most influential events at home and abroad.By means of literature review,participant observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the characteristics,rules and causes of the deviant behavior in the basket,results show:(1)In the five season,deviant behaviors occur most frequently of the 2013-2014 season,the maximum penalty amount in the 2015-2016 season,deviant behavior of most species in2014-2015 season,basically in the city the number of punishment between 11-15;In the five season of CBA,the deviant behavior in different months has the characteristics of disorder,sudden and complexity;time trend of game deviance appeared obvious,namely with the competition,the incidence of deviant behavior in the unceasing increase,at the end of the third quarter reached a peak,to the end of the fourth quarter reached its peak.(2)Just go to the new army of CBA,due to the constraints of the lowest incidence of access system;Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Shanghai,Guangdong province is located in the coastal developed areas,such as the low incidence of deviant behavior;In addition,the incidence of deviant behavior is positively correlated with the team's performance,and the performance is better and the team has a higher incidence of the season.(3)The intensity of competition in the league and the increase in the quality of the watch,the core of the subject(coaches,athletes)positive deviant behavior increased;Semi professional referee penalty accuracy is relatively high,he referee resolutely implement the team,the fans have the main objective and field,and the referee does not have the subjectiveand objective field of law enforcement concept,fairness and justice to further enhance;Deviant behavior of viewers and fans due to the complex,high incidence of deviance;increasing the types of prevention and control work,facing more challenges;common League mild deviant behavior,the standard punishment still needs to be perfected.(4)The causes of deviant behavior in the League matches.Different participants interest difference is the fundamental cause of the deviant behavior of the league;League environment development uncertainty,created a system of deviant behavior;young CBA League is in a stage of rapid development,standard system is not perfect is an objective fact.In summary,recommendations:(1)On the macro,the correct view of the occurrence of violations,understanding of the environmental causes of deviant behavior.Therefore,n the context of social transformation,the reconstruction of the operational structure of the league,the reconstruction of the standard system,the reconstruction of the social constraints and other issues need to be re examined in the reform of the secondary vocational basketball league.(2)In view of the characteristics of professional sports,the revision of national sports laws and regulations.According to the laws and regulations to construct reasonable League regulations,particularly to make reasonable selection of evaluation criteria of deviant behavior,prompted many main clear rights and obligations in their participation in sports activities,distinguishing legal interests and illegal interests.(3)On the micro,attention to the details of the management of the League irregularities.We should construct the source prevention mechanism,nip in the bud;should construct the race monitoring mechanism;regulation should constantly improve the punishment of deviant behavior.At the same time,enhance the degree of mutual trust between the Basketball Association,clubs,athletes,referees,coaches and fans of the audience,and gradually form a mutual trust between participants in the league.In order to enhance the basketball league,the club and the credibility of referees,and gradually form a good League operating environment,and improve the brand image of the league.
