With the development of the new curriculum reform,the study on how to develop the new teachers into excellent teachers is an important part of the research on Teachers' professional development.Therefore,this study selected three high school mathematics expert novice proficient teachers as the research object,find out the three teachers in the classroom teaching the same points and different points,provide some reference for the growth of novice high school mathematics teacher professional.Through the literature review classroom observation and after class interview,there are obvious differences between the three types of teachers in classroom teaching.The teaching characteristics of expert teachers are obvious,and they have formed their own unique style.Proficient teachers can correct understanding of their strengths and weaknesses,weaknesses,active learning and reflection after class.The above characteristics of expert teachers,proficient teachers are lack of novice teachers,proficient teachers but also have their own advantages,novice teachers learn knowledge,theoretical knowledge and practice actively,improve students self-study,with deep feelings,familiar with the use of information technology modernization etc.is their advantages.On the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward the training methods of novice teachers,to help them adapt to the new curriculum reform,and promote the growth of new teachers.That new teachers make life planning,measures to be proficient;to strengthen the theoretical study and research,reflect their own teaching;expert teachers to writing research as ways to highlight their teaching style.
