At present the time has come that Internet technology are becoming increasingly connected with modern distance education.Internet learning,centered on learners,with no limit of time and space,low cost and updated service function,soon turns into one of the main patterns of modern teaching system.However,faced with tremendous resources of knowledge,learners feel at loos to make a choice.This phenomenon is so called 'overloaded information'.To properly address the learners' trouble from it,effective ways are extremely in need.With the help of music,video,news media,e-business and so on,as well as successfully applied special recommended system,researchers are trying to explore the personal technology in the education area.This paper introduces several learning resource systems as well as some weaknesses and shortcomings for personalized recommendation under the systems.In response to these problems,choosing students of Tianjin Normal university as the target group,we design and develop a individualized resource system is to study the special recommendation on learning resources.Analyzing the current mainstream content-based filtering algorithm,the recommendation algorithm based on association rules,and the collaborative filtering algorithm combined with learning resources for this particular recommendation.Finally,determines the collaborative filtering algorithm to optimize the push information.At the same time,considering the cross-platform learning of current Internet learners,the design and development of the learning resource personalized recommendation system will support PC and mobile phone,and PAD.
