In 1998, the higher education law of our country pointed out that the task of higher education is to train the senior specialized talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. Subsequently, the Ministry of education has issued the Twenty-first Century Education Revitalization Action Plan, and further pointed out that the realization of social modernization, science and technology is the key, education is the foundation.However, as an aircraft carrier of talent training, the University, how to train innovative talents? Or in what way? This has been a very urgent problem in the development of higher education in china.The study based on the background of a new era that the cultivation of innovative talents of our country's higher education, starting from the perspective of knowledge transformation ,by using the method of literature research, historical research,comparative study and case study to make a systematic and in-depth study on the development path and power of the "seminar "teaching method. The one purpose is to explore this method's strong value for the cultivation of innovative talents.And on this basis, combined with the problems of higher school teaching methods, provide concrete countermeasures and suggestions on the implementation of "seminar" teaching method in Colleges and universities.Therefore, the main content of this study can be summarized as the following four parts:The first part is introduction. This part mainly expounds the research significance and the present situation of the research on the teaching method of "seminar", and the research methods used in this study.The second part introduce the relationship between knowledge and the teaching method.From the flowing four aspects of teachers, students, teaching objectives and course content of can showing that the knowledge transformation will have a profound impact on these aspects, and finally change to the teaching method via the four aspects .It shows that the knowledge type is an internal driving force to promote the transformation of teaching methods.The third part is the main part of this study. In this part, according to the classification of the relevant scholars, according to the time order, the paper expounds the three kinds of knowledge characteristics in the history of mankind and the basic characteristics of "seminar". By comparing the basic characteristics of the development of "seminar" in different knowledge background, we can clearly figure out the development context. The purpose of this paper is to verify the theoretical hypothesis of this paper, that is, the transformation of knowledge is an internal driving force to promote the transformation of teaching methods. The two is to explore the law of its development,so as to provide guidance for the development of the teaching method in china.The fourth part is the conclusion and suggestion. This section points out that there is an inevitable link between knowledge and teaching methods. Gives the following suggestions: first, to examine, realize the inevitability that exists between the change of knowledge transformation and teaching methods. Secondly,it is necessary to prepare for the rainy day, do a good job to promote the preparation of teaching methods. Thirdly, we should coordinate and work well in all aspects of the country, colleges and universities,and classroom teaching. Finally, it is necessary to have a definite object, from the teachers, students, teaching content and other basic level, the active use of "learning"teaching method.
