With the continuous development of economy and society, our country has reached a period of high demand for skilled and professional talents. In recent years, with the strong support of the country, the vocational education has made outstanding achievements. In 2016,Minister of education Yuan Rengui pointed out that China's first employment rate of vocational graduates more than 95%. Although the initial employment rate of secondary vocational students is very high, but the study found that after six months, the turnover rate reached 50%, which has to remind us of the importance of Vocational Education in the secondary vocational education stage.The author found that various occupation schools have opened the occupation career planning courses, but only opened in the graduating class?Lecture also will only teach students some temporary job interview skills, some students heard of the occupation career planning and do not quite understand the contents.Education lacks the teaching of career planning knowledge, which is bound to affect the sustainability of student careers.Therefore, based on the questionnaire survey on Hubei in a secondary vocational school students occupation career planning education and the status quo on the 250 students, based on interviews with the teacher. According to the students' occupation career planning ability, the author designs targeted group guidance program. The author adopts the way of recruitment, the establishment of a group of 24 people, and the group is divided into experimental group, control group for a period of 2 months of group counseling. After the end of the group, the "secondary vocational students' Career Planning Questionnaire", "group activity feedback form" and interview method todetermine the effect of group activities.Research shows:(1) the results of the questionnaire survey show that: 76.4% of the students have not been related to vocational interest or vocational ability test, and the students of the future career development of the uncertainty of 63.3%. The career planning education provided by the school is mostly on the surface, lacking systematic career planning education curriculum.(2) the design group auxiliary scheme has significant intervention to improve the occupation career planning ability of students and students is significant in self cognition,occupation cognition, career orientation, emotional attitude dimension score increased.
