It is undeniable that any class in any school,there are differences between students and students,good and medium’s students ability to accept new things to be far stronger than poor students,it is an objective fact.As we all known,nowdays the education is fair to treat every student,to ensure everyone can get progress.As a chemical teacher,based on four years of teaching experience,I try to let them use transformation strategy to solve the difficulties in the learning process.It not only help them made great of progress and get full to development,also can reflected teachers imparting knowledge and educating people of function.To promote classroom teaching reform to further improve the quality of education and teaching,coincides with my research,teaching and Research Centre submitted to the primary and secondary schools in the city to "one model" new curriculum requirements,required the construction of new classroom teaching modes in accordance with "343" the new teaching mode of the course requirements."343" new courses teaching mode specific is refers to:class teaching aims to reflect three features--to learn set taught,learn before taught,and mainly learn;class teaching aims to reflect four links--personal independent learning,group cooperation learning,class show and communication,and standard training and evaluation;Listen to the teacher evaluation should reflect essence of three points--Students overall status?The teaching goal clear,whether to conform to the curriculum and learning?Teaching behavior is committed to the goal to achieve,standard effect how?So the school I work for all teachers put forward new classroom teaching model,"three standard".About "three standard" new classroom teaching mode,namely selection,standard,test standard:(1)the target is over-calibration:each class must have a specific goal,knowledge and skills from the 3 d object refinement goal decomposition,effectively strengthen the goal.(2)the student main participation is the guarantee,standards:effective teaching performance in the initiative of students,teaching,pay attention to poor student is the key to the teaching effect to improve.(3)class exercises and homework done,test standard:to tell one practice three,not only to extrapolate,and brief summary,kickbacks target,the target to carry out the situation;Improve the quality of the work and can’t find a problem,must be targeted,must complete batch complete change,effective evaluation must be in place.By summing up the predecessors’ research results,combining with four years of teaching experience,in the practice of teaching methods and ways to explore into the high school chemistry poor student,boldly put forward the "three standard" new classroom teaching mode,using literature method,questionnaire method,practice method and experience summary method of analyzing and summarizing the causes of poor student in chemistry,for this reason Outlines into high school chemistry teaching strategy of poor student.According to the proposed strategy,has carried on the one-year purposeful and planned classroom teaching practice.Results show that the new classroom teaching mode "three standard" the strategy is helpful to improve students’ learning autonomy,helps to improve the students’ learning ability,help to cultivate students good study habits,higher chemical poor student’s chemistry learning progress is significant.Through the case study also confirmed the logo of the "three new classroom teaching mode conversion strategy,has a positive role in overcoming poor student learning disabilities.
