Students' academic performance is affected in many ways.The influencing factors are divided into intelligence and non intelligence factors.Self-efficacy as one of the important non-intellectual factors that affect academic performance is the focus of this study.So in this thesis,we have carried out the investigation about the self-efficacy and physics learning performance of students in three high school of Wuhan,in order to understand the level of self-efficacy of high school students,and the influencing factors as well as the relationship between physical and academic achievements,and give suggestions to improve students' self-efficacy.Through studying,we hope to cultivate the students' physical self-efficacy and to improve their academic achievement.In this thesis,we used the questionnaire survey to investigate the level of physical self-efficacy of high school students in Wuhan.The study is to compare whether there is a difference in the physical self-efficacy of students under different categories.Whether the physical self-efficacy is related to grade,school,gender,interest and physics achievement.And give suggestions to improve students' physical self-efficacy.Through comprehensive survey and study,we have got the main conclusions thesis as follows:?high school stage,the physical self-efficacy of students firstly increased after the trend,and the third grade physical self-efficacy is significantly lower than other grades.?there is a significant gender differences about the level of physical self-efficacy,girls physical self-efficacy is lower than boys.?there are significant differences between schools,excellent school self-efficacy is slightly higher than other schools.?There are significant differences in the level of physical self-efficacy among students with different levels of interest in physics.?the student's physical self-efficacy and academic achievement is significantly related.?There are some problems in the physical learning.For example:Students pay too much attention to test scores.Students have poor ability to apply math tools,etc.
