A Research On Chinese Labor Force Price Distortions-Focus On Teachers Industry

Labor resources is a factor of production in economic activities,and the change of price is the cost important market signals to guide the allocation of resources.In the beginning of Reform and opening up,economic policy is one of the reasons that lead to the distortions of labor factor price.But this deliberately distorting the price of the labor factor has important practical significance in taking advantage of Demographic Dividend to solve the employment of labor force and participate in the world economic.However,with the development of our economy,the demographic dividend gradually disappear and capital accumulation gradually completed,there are many negative effects of labor factor price distortions began to appear.such as the price cant adjust the resource allocation and the system of free competition in the market has been destroyed.All those issues will be hinder the pace of industrial upgrading and the dishevelment of economy.Education is a very important role in the industry and always be ignored in the labor market.Currently,the human resource is the main driver of economic development and education is the key to the development of human capital.The price distortion of education not only has a great effect on the development of education,but also has a great significance on improving the quality of labor factor and cultivating of talents.Therefore,the study of the education of labor price is of great significance to the stability of macroeconomic.First,this paper studies the status of teachers' income and find out that our teachers ' income don't have advantage no matter in foreign or at home.By the contrast,teachers always have higher employment cost than other industries,that is why the distortions of labor factor price in education.Second,through the theoreticalanalysis,this paper finds that the high education cost and opportunity cost is the main reasons of teachers' labor price distortion.We will observe the change of distortions of labor factor price in education by using different proportion of the opportunity cost.Third,as the special requirement of teachers the higher education cost and opportunity cost is inevitable,then this paper gives the recommendations to relieve labor price distortions of education based on the improve teachers income perspective.
