Nowadays with the development of the informational education,the application of informational technology has become increasingly common in the various field of teaching.For this research,I mainly use the narrative research,collect material through interview and observation.This research focuses on the two primary school English teachers’ application ability of informational technology from their first five working years and after the five yeaxs mainly on their use of PPT and electronic whiteboard,pays attention to the two English teachers normal teaching experience to make understanding based on their actions and experiences,explores the value behind those stories,summarizes the factors which influences the improving of application ability in informational technology for different primary school English teachers from the angles of school and individual,which include teachers low interest on informational technology and inappropriate arrangement for teachers informational technology training;For the individual aspect,I summarize factors that influence the teachers like A and the teachers like B respectively.Finally,this research makes a reflection on how to improve primary school English teachers’application ability of informational technology from school and individual two aspects.Each primary school could encourage teachers to apply informational technology by holding various teaching competitions using informational technology.School should make arrangement for the informational technology training in a reasonable way,explore more ways to improve the efficiency of informational technology training.For the primary school English teachers,I have made a reflection on how to improve their application ability on informational technology from three groups,which are teachers like A who are the generation after 80s and accepted higher education,teachers like B who are the generation after 70s and have rich experience on teaching,teachers like A and B who prefer to use PPT. |
