Research Of Introduction And Incentive Mechanism Of The Local Higher Vocational Colleges

Vocational education is an important part of higher education in China.It is an important basis for the national economy and social development.It is one of the key factors that restrict the process of industrialization in China.The improvement of teachers' ability in higher vocational colleges is one of great significance to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education,and to realize the goal of talents cultivation.In recent years,various higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the introduction and the construction of high-level personnel,and have developed a variety of policies and incentive mechanism to attract talent.The role of high level talents in higher vocational colleges is not only reflected in the leading role of the subject and specialty construction,but also in the leading role of the whole school talent team construction.Through to the domestic and foreign existing theories and related research are summarized,the thesis,by way of question,analysis,settlement,has studied the local higher vocational colleges,talent,talent introduction,human capital,incentive,and other related concepts and basic theory,according to the characteristics of higher vocational education,such as emphasize the culture student's practice ability,innovation consciousness,etc.,through comparison of talent introduction and incentive policy in Dongguan Polytechnic,designed to assess the status of work on the development of Dongguan Polytechnic personnel,summarize the achievement of talent introduction and incentive mechanism,points out the problems existing in the work.The thesis put forward to perfect the system construction,performance appraisal,training mechanism of self-motivation,self-management and construction of benign interaction between the salary system and incentive environment factors,hoping to provide a reference for the Dongguan Polytechnic.
