The reform of the school management system in the compulsory education stage of primary and secondary schools determines the success or failure of the basic education.Its internal governance structure plays an important role in the management efficiency and school development of primary and secondary schools.Beginning in 2013,Foshan Shunde Guangdong District,learn from the relevant experience of internal governance of foreign primary and secondary schools and domestic typical cases.Combined with the actual situation of the internal governance structure of primary and secondary schools in the region,started a modern school system reform,which is the main content of the internal governance of the school,which caused the strong vibration of the society.The author as one of the pilot reform of the school leaders,participated in and led the reform of internal governance structure of Xingtan Liang Qiuju middle school,Shunde District.This article is the author's review and reflection on the reform.The author through the interview survey,summarizes the existing problems of the internal governance of Liang Qiuju middle school,and the problem of attribution on the basis of in-depth analysis,explores the practice of a few years of school internal governance structure reform.This paper describes the overall design of the basic guiding ideology and the reform of the internal governance structure reform of Liang Qiuju middle school.This paper introduces the four aspects of the reform of the school corporate governance structure,the construction of the school's democratic supervision mechanism,the mechanism of social participation and the construction of school regulations.The author also summarizes the experience of the management effect.The article believes that any reform is a difficult psychological revolution,to the theoretical basis,system thinking and elaborate action,need more courage.And the reform of the difficulties and problems of a comprehensive reflection,that the theoretical preparation is not sufficient,the reform design is simple,the lack of objective conditions and public opinion is not in place is the main cause of reform has not been fully in place.On the basis of reflection,the author puts forward ideas to improve the internal governance structure of Liang Qiuju middle school.
