| This papers through reference asynchronous teaching mode in different movement project and the different subject within of theory and practice effect.Combined university aerobics elective of teaching features,in asynchronous teaching of theory guide based,for teaching experiment,to compared implementation asynchronous teaching mode and implementation traditional teaching of mode,aerobics elective of teaching situation: experiment selected has Shanxi Normal University modern liberal arts college 2015 level elective aerobics of students for object,used has literature information method,and interview method,and questionnaire survey method,and Teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method,method,to two a teaching class amounted to 93 name students for object.For asynchronous teaching mode implementation in University aerobics elective courses teaching of experiment research,analysis two a teaching class of students in implementation has different of teaching mode,about aerobics of learning interest,and motivation attitude,to and on class students of fitness of effect,and on student movement skills,of effect and the on students self-confidence of effect,obtained following conclusion:(1)the implementation of the asynchronous teaching mode of the experimental class of students of the public test scores were significantly higher than the control class of students’ scores:action coordination,fluency,expression,rhythm also appeared in the significant differences.But the public level of test one scores did not appear significant differences.(2)the physical quality of the students in the experiment is better than the physical fitness of the students in the control class,among which the male test scores in the long jump,sprint and long distance there are significant differences.And girls are in the lung volume of body mass index,long jump and long distance The results of the test show a significant difference.(3)The physical psychological level of the students in the experimental class showed a significant difference in the two dimensions of learning interest and learning attitude compared with the students in the control class.For the classroom activation factors involved in aerobics.The students in the teaching class also changed,although there was no significant difference in the motivation state of the study,but the significant difference was found after the matched sample test.(4)Asynchronous teaching mode makes use of the interactive teaching methods between groups,that is,mutual reference,mutual help and evaluation,can improve students ’sense of cooperation and interest,stimulate learning motivation,change and correct students’ learning attitude,Better respect for the individual differences of students,... |
