Research On The "National Training Program" Of Primary And Middle School Pe Teachers In Shanxi Province Under The Background Of Continuing Education

As a new opportunity,a new situation and a new challenge,"national training plan" is the direct benefit for the group of teachers.The aim is to improve the professional quality level of teachers in our country,especially the combination of modern information technology and teacher training which forms a new pattern of remote training,network training.This pattern combine the disciplines experts,university professors and first-line primary and secondary school teachers together to serve the grassroots teachers of the project,the improvement of teaching capacity of primary teachers in China has played a very significant result.Our school as a teacher training platform of "national training plan",in order to implement the national teacher training requirements,it is need to review the experience of before of the project constantly,find the shortcomings of the implementation process and update for future teachers Training project to accumulate experience,improve implementation effect of the project.The main research methods are: literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.Through the questionnaire on the students' needs and satisfaction.The results obtained by the analysis are:(1)training teachers are higher satisfied with the overall training results which achieve the desired results.(2)In the curriculum of students with higher satisfaction,but for the results of pre-research,the curriculum of sports and health standards is less,the content of psychological content of young people is not involved.(3)In the aspect of curriculum satisfaction,primary and secondary physical education teachers,special train teachers and replacement physical education teachers are lack of teaching abilityto deal with information network,scientific research arrangements,teaching and training and integration of teaching materials.(4)Our school in order to improve the efficiency of training,the use of a variety of teaching forms,one of the most unique is the same class heterogeneous in primary and secondary school teaching skills training,the selected training methods are in line with the needs of students' pre-research,students' satisfaction degrees are more than 97%.(5)In the implementation process of the project arranged three categories,including teachers are divided into provincial experts,teaching front-line teachers and expert teams,all covers the needs of students,satisfaction is more than 98%.(6)Although the students are more satisfied with the ability of teaching and research,but in order to meet the needs of pre-research,only the training of educational research methods,the high demand for scientific research and practical education and the combination of topics is not involved.(7)For the correct attitude of students,the choice of assessment methods to meet the needs of students at the same time,adopt the way that combine the procedural and the finality to assess students,students are higher satisfied with the assessment.(8)Students are more satisfied with the teaching facilities and project management,and are less satisfied with logistics,food and accommodation.Among them,rural primary and secondary schools,and top-hole replacement students have 1.5%,2.2%,3.3% "dissatisfied" attitude,that they think the accommodation can not meet the demand during training.(9)In the requirement of training's motivation,rural primary and secondary school PE teachers have higher needs to strive for academic leaders and education reform;special posts and post-replacement physical education teachers have a great demand in improving teaching skills and education reform and development.In the aspect of training expectation,the demand for new and middle school in rural areas is high,new knowledge,new ideas and new skills are obtained by special posts and replacement physical education teachers.
