With the rapid development of economic globalization, and the further improvement of the proportion of the third industry. The Cultural and creative industries and related industries in the continuous development of evolution and integration. Each sub industry has different levels and different stages of evolution and integration. The integration of traditional culture and new technology creates new cultural forms. The integration of traditional education industry and creative industry has developed a new creative industry. Traditional economic competition has shifted from product competition to service competition. The traditional art industry and the emerging cultural industries to develop a higher level of integration of new ecological industries.The trend of service specialization is conducive to the formation of standardization,the formulation and implementation of standards has a positive role in promoting the standardization of the development of the industry. From the macro level to establish a creative arts training service standard system, in the SWOT analysis of the surrounding environment, planning the blueprint of the work plan. To study the service quality to promote the enterprise practice innovation, establish the enterprise policy and direction.Service quality is the lifeline of industry development. In addition to the developmoent of standards, from the perspective of prevention to standardize the process of service quality,accurate positioning for the quality of service,to strengthen the quality of service evaluation,the establishment of training service quality system.The main research methods used in this paper include literature research, system analysis, multidisciplinary research and qualitative analysis. Using the SERVQUAL model and service innovation theory, combined with the characteristics of service recovery and management information system, aiming at the service problems existing at present,through investigation and study,for the enterprise to find a solution for the development of the situation.The final,design of employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction system;improve the quality of service management system, to use of a set of complete and effective service quality measurement scale to draw relevant conclusions. Based on the ACR Company's innovation connotation, risk, the effect of accurate understanding and grasp, enrich and enhance the company's service management system.
